At RSP, our mission is simple: to build better men first, and athletes second. We believe that personal growth, discipline, and character lay the foundation for success both on and off the field.

Founded in 2024, RSP Pitching was created to revolutionize the traditional lesson-by-lesson approach. Our goal was to introduce an advanced throwing program that goes beyond the basics, incorporating mechanical drill work, mobility, and a structured arm care routine. We’re dedicated to helping athletes not just improve their performance but build a sustainable foundation for long-term success.

Our coaching staff brings unmatched experience and expertise to the table:

At RSP, we use cutting-edge technology to optimize performance. From TrackMan pitch tracking technology during bullpens to radar gun feedback for Plyo drills and velocity work, our facility is equipped with the tools to take your game to the next level.

Proudly rooted in Orlando, all of our staff were raised in the local area and have deep connections with the community. Many of us work closely with local high school coaches, ensuring that we stay in tune with the needs of the athletes in the greater Orlando area.
